Premium

Premium is sold by SiegeCraft, run by a private individual in Norway. Payments are processed by Stripe. Contact us on our Discord. SiegeCraft is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
Premium is a monthly subscription to cosmetic perks on the SiegeCraft Minecraft server, for the Minecraft Java account you name at checkout. What it includes is listed on the Premium page. Perks marked "soon" are not yet available. We may add, change or remove perks, but we won't take away the core of Premium (the ★ tag and gold name) during a month you've paid for.
Premium costs €9.99 a month, including any VAT that applies. Payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal; we never see your card details. The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel.
Premium is digital content that starts as soon as you pay. At checkout you ask for it to start straight away and agree that you then lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in the EU and EEA normally have. See Refunds for when we refund anyway.
You can cancel any time: card payments through the subscription link in your receipt email, PayPal payments under automatic payments in your PayPal account. Premium then stays until the end of the month you've paid for, and no further payments are taken.
If a renewal fails, the payment provider retries it for a few days. Premium continues for 2 days past the end of your paid month while it does, then ends if no payment arrives.
Premium doesn't put you above the server rules. If you are banned for breaking them, Premium is not refunded for the time left. You can cancel to stop future payments.
SiegeCraft is in alpha. The server may be down for maintenance, restarted, or reset. We do our best to keep it running, but can't promise it is always available. If we shut the server down for good, we will cancel all subscriptions so no further payments are taken.
If you dispute a payment with your bank or PayPal, Premium is removed while the dispute is open. Please contact us first; we'll usually sort it out faster.
These terms follow Norwegian law. This doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
