SiegeCraft, run by a private individual in Norway, is responsible for the data described here. Contact us on our Discord.

When you play

The Minecraft server stores your Minecraft name, account ID (UUID), your IP address in its logs, and your in-game data such as towns, items and chat. We use this to run the server and enforce the rules.

When you buy Premium

• We store: your Minecraft name and UUID, the email you paid with, the Stripe or PayPal subscription and customer IDs, the subscription status and paid-until date, and when you accepted the terms (with a scrambled form of your IP address, not the address itself).
• We don't see or store your card or bank details. Stripe and PayPal process payments under their own privacy policies.
• Why: to give you Premium, handle renewals, cancellations and refunds, and keep the records the law requires.
• How long: while your subscription runs and as long as accounting law requires after it ends (up to 5 years in Norway).

This website

The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts come from Google Fonts, and the Premium page loads Stripe's and PayPal's checkout scripts and shows your skin from mc-heads.net. Those services see your IP address when your browser loads them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by contacting us on our Discord. Data we must keep by law (payment records) is kept until that period ends. You can complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian data protection authority, or to the authority where you live.
