Premium starts as soon as you pay, and at checkout you agree to give up the 14-day withdrawal right for that reason. We still refund in these cases:

• Premium never arrived on your account and we can't fix it.
• Wrong account: you typed the wrong Minecraft name. We'll move Premium to the right account, or refund if you ask within 14 days.
• Charged twice or charged after you cancelled.
• Anything required by law, such as Premium not working as described.

To ask for a refund, open a ticket on our Discord with your Minecraft name and the email you paid with. Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, and Premium is removed when a payment is refunded.

Cancelling stops future payments; it doesn't refund the current month, and you keep Premium until it ends.
